Bensons Cook Book
- 250ml tequila
- 100ml poire William liqueur
- 50ml fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 500ml Bensons Apple Juice
- Handful of mint leaves
- Pour the tequila and poire William liquer into a jug, then add the fresh lime juice and cloudy apple juice. Stir and chill.
- Just before serving, add a handful of fresh mint leaves, torn up, and a few handfuls of ice cubes and stir well.
