Please note that a full refund may only be issued if the order is cancelled before it has been despatched. We will normally despatch orders within 3 working days. If the order has been despatched by the time you cancel your order, you, the customer, must bear the full cost of both the delivery and the return shipping of the order. Depending on the size of the order, this may result in a partial or nil refund being issued.
